1st Week

Tomorrow my son will be 1 week old. It seems like it has been so much longer. He is doing so well. Logan has lost a little weight but he will gain it back fast, I'm sure. Here are images I have touched up, keep in mind these are images straight out of his little NICU bed. There was very little light so I had to use a flash (I hate using flash!!!). I think they turned out well. Check 'em out.
The next image is all the other images above, but arranged to fit on a canvas I am having printed up for his baby room. It will be a 16 x 20 canvas, and it should look great on his wall. I am looking foward to it coming in (hopefully soon).

New Baby

OK, so I haven't posted anything in awhile. I have been busy with my wife. She has had some complications with her pregnancy. Thursday she was admitted to the hospital with pregnancy induced hyper tension (there a medical word for it, but I can't spell or pronounce it).

On Friday I took my daughter out to the park, just to get her out of the hospital for a little while. We walked around the lake and found some interesting spots and people.

It's a Boy!!! Little Logan was born on Sunday 6/24/07, weight 3lbs 7.5 ounces, 16 1/4 inches long, 9 weeks premature.

Gracie had a rude awakening on Sunday morning at 4:00 a.m. She was in some major pain. Her liver had become enlarged and enzymes were going crazy. She was a trooper, she had to wait until 9:00 a.m. for the emergency c-section., the whole time in excruciating pain. It was hard seeing her in so much pain. I am the type of guy that will not show his feeling, but i was hurting along with her.

I love my wife so much. She did a great job with Logan. Gracie is a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, 2nd cousin on her mom's side. I think you get what i am trying to say. She is just a wonderful person, all the way around.

And Logan is lucky to have a big sister like Morgan. Morgan is going to love this baby boy and be such a great "big sister". She has been so excited about her little brother. I can't tell you how lucky Logan is. Such a great family to grow up with.

I want to thank all of my family and Gracie's family for being so supportive and giving. All of our friends have been great. The nursing staff at Covenent Lakeside are so caring and patient. I want to thank all of them as well as all the staff at Dr. Pages office, and Dr. Hales. I can not thank them enough. They brought my son in to this world and are making sure he stays here. My wife is looking good and is being well taken care of. I love you babe.

Once again "Thank you, everyone"

Here are some shots of my son.

Kiki and Daylan

You did it, and I am sure it wasn't easy. Congradulations.
Here is Kiki and her brother Daylan. They are graduating from Texas Tech University. We went out to the campas and took a few photos earlier this evening. As you can see in the background, the weather wasn't looking very good. We got through without getting wet.

Out at the Track

We took our daughter out to a friends private moto track. We just got her a little Honda 50cc. She is really enjoing it. Our friends son, who was out there as well, was showing our daughter a few things. Here he is. And a few of my daughter as well.

Let's Go Rangers "Riiiip"

I was out at the baseball diamond photographing this group of young baseball players. They did a great job, and so did the coaches. It was a tough game, but the rangers pulled it out, 10-7. It was one of the longest "Machine Pitch " baseball games I have ever been to. I had a lot of fun and hope to do it again soon.

Thanks Mike, I appreciate everything.

Alyssa

Take a look at this cute little girl. I want to thank her mother, Robin for allowing me to photograph her baby. When little Alyssa first arrived to my house, she would not stop crying. She would take one look at me and the tears were a-flowing. But, as you can see she is a happy little girl for the camera. These were a few of my favorites. Hope you like them.
